Project Name: Study on the key technology for the industrialization of second-generation high-temperature superconducting materials

 

Project introduction: This project belongs to a major industrialization project of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality. The project was approved in 2011 and the period is three years. The financial assistance of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality is 25 million yuan. the object of this is  researching and developing the manufacturing technology of second-generation high temperature superconducting tapes manufacturing technology with own intellectual property rights and the length of the simple tape is up to one thousand meter, the critical current can reach to above 300 amperes (77K, self field).
