Weak interaction massive particle is a very good scenario of dark matter but there may be large numbers of candidate ultraviolet models. On the other hand, in the non-relativistic limit, the effective theory works very well to significantly reduce the complexity of those possible interactions. Based on such effective theory framework, we are able to combine two independent likelihood functions from latest PandaX and LUX data and put a better combined limit on each effective coupling for both isospin conserved and violating cases. Furthermore, the astrophysical uncertainties and isospin violating setups are both properly taken into account. Finally, we also report a statistical maximum isospin coupling violating ratio.
