Biographical Sketch:
Xiao-Xia Zhong is currently a professor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She is a member of editorial board of Plasma Processes and Polymers (Wiley-VCH) (2011-2015), a member of Tsai-Shih-Tung Physics Prize Committee (2011-), and a member of Plasma Professional Committee of China Mechanics Academy (2011-2020) and China Electrotechnical Society (2016-2021). Prof. Zhong received her bachelor degree (1992) and master degree (1995) in physics from Xiamen University, her Ph. D degree (1998) in physics from Fudan University and joined in Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1998. From 2001 to 2003, she worked as visiting scientist in the institute of Plasma Research, University of Stuttgart, Germany and Joint Research Center (Ispra), Italy. Prof. Zhong has published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles in many prestigious international journals, such as Green Chemistry, Chem Commun, Applied Physics Letters, Nanotechnology, Plasma Processes and Polymers, Physics of Plasmas and so on, which have been cited over 500 times. She also has 7 authorized patents and more than 20 invited talks.
