7th National Conference on University Physics Experiment Teaching was held on August 12, 2012 in Wangjiang campus of Sichuan University. In the meet, the experimental apparatus “Giant Magneto-impedance effect”, designed by Wang Jinhui, Shen Xuehao, et al. won the first-class reward on experimental instrument competition. Meanwhile, the experimental apparatus ”imaging studies on newton's ring”, designed by Yang Wenming, Zhou Hong, et al. and “Fourier synthesis and decomposition of wave”, designed by Yang Wenming, Ye Xi, et al. won the second-class reward, respectively.
The Paper “Study on the Giant Magneto-impedance effect” （tutored by Wang Jinhui）, contributed by Xia Chenjie, Zhou Zhixian, et al. won the second class reward on student’s teaching thesis competition.
