Recently the XENON100 collaboration reported new results from 100 live-days of dark matter search using 48-kg ultra-pure liquid xenon at Gran Sasso underground lab in Italy (arXiv:1104.2549). Three candidate events were observed with an expected background of 1.8 events. The new results lead to the highest sensitivity by any dark matter experiment to date and constrain significantly the new physics models for particle dark matter. I will talk about some of the experimental details and prospects for the future experiment.
