I will first introduce the SUSY searches at CMS experiment in general and then focus on the searches in events with two same-sign isolated leptons, hadronic jets, and missing transverse energy. I will discuss in detail the search strategy, trigger, background estimation, systematic error evaluation etc. The results with 35 pb-1 of pp collision data at a 7 TeV be presented. To facilitate the interpretation of our data in a broader range of new physics scenarios, information on our event selection, detector response, and efficiencies is provided.
