The BESIII Experiment at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider (BEPC2) collected large data samples for electronpositron collisions with center-of-mass above 4 GeV during 2013 and 2014. In this mass region, there are several exotic states that are yet to be understood. I will give a talk about BESIII analyses of the neutral Zc states which decay to open charm final states. And I'll present the observations of new neutral states Zc(3885)^0 and Zc(4025)^0 near the (DDbar*) 0 and (D∗Dbar ∗)0 mass threshold at sqrt{s}=4.23 GeV and 4.26GeV.
