刘圣广研究员,长期从事先进加速器技术及应用研究,先后在德国DESY国家研究所、日本高能加速器研究机构、中国科学院高能物理研究所长期工作过,与国际研究前沿团队保持良好有效的合作交流。主持建造了两套光阴极微波电子加速器用于超快电子衍射与成像科学研究;建造了一台高压脉冲电子源,开展等离子体诊断研究;主持了能量回收加速器高平均流强光阴极电子源的预研工作。目前研究兴趣是先进加速器技术和工业用高平均流强电子加速器研发。
