简历:

2011年毕业于华中科技大学物理学院,获理学学士学位。2016年毕业于北京大学物理学院,获理学博士学位。2016年至2022年在新加坡国立大学从事博士后研究,并先后担任研究员与高级研究员(Senior Research Fellow)。2022年9月加入上海交通大学任长聘教轨副教授,博士生导师。曾担任国际磁学会议分会主席及特邀编辑。入选上海市海外高层次人才引进计划。

从事凝聚态物理实验研究,近五年致力于探索外延薄膜体系的自旋轨道矩和拓扑磁性现象。提出了新的非对称模式(晶格低对称性、元素组分梯度),用于实现面外自旋轨道矩和体自旋轨道矩,制备了具有高热稳定性和优良耐写性的磁性随机存储原型器件。在全氧化物异质结中实现了电流驱动磁矩翻转,为氧化物自旋电子学提供了新路径。与合作者在磁性氧化物中获得了外尔费米子的系统性证据。共发表学术论文40篇,其中以第一作者(含共一)在Nature Nanotechnology(2篇)、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials(2篇)、Physical Review B(4篇)等期刊上发表论文共12篇。申请美国发明专利3项(授权2项)和PCT国际专利1项。

本课题组目前有自旋电子学和拓扑量子计算两个主要研究方向。主要的研究手段包括:1. 薄膜生长(磁控溅射、分子束外延);2. 微纳加工(光刻、电子束曝光、离子刻蚀、电子束蒸发);3. 电输运测量(极低温强磁场稀释制冷机、综合物性测量系统);4. 噪声测量(频谱分析、放大器电路设计)。
